Thanks to work of Julien Blache and VoIP packagers group from Debian, OpenSER is available via Debian Unstable official distributing channels.

You can use their APT repositories to install OpenSER. For more see:

OpenSER Administrator, a web interface for managing OpenSER written in Ruby on Rails, has been officially released.
