A former professional handball player and a Debian developer, Victor has been one of the most active developers of Kamailio in the past several years, not only taking care of the official packages for Debian and Ubuntu, but writing couple of modules and contributing to many more components as well as setting up the continuous integration infrastructure for Kamailio.
He is located in Spain, working in Realtime Communications space, most of his current daily activity involves writing code for Kamailio, building or maintaining Kamailio-based systems.
